At the start of the next week in unreal, the class was instructed and shown the brief of unreal fundamentals 2 with a few tips on how to complete it.
Tuesday (17/1/2023)
For today George decided to go over the next section of the assignment brief which was the ‘Game Design Document’, otherwise known as GDD. Our task is to make a document that presents the game to the clients. This means I will have to describe and explain all the bits of the game in the document including audience, functionality, what I was aiming to make and what I finished the game as, etc.
Thursday (19/1/2023)
Today Rich went over the lecture notes on 3D Graphics which talks about vectors, lines, maths, and how it looks when it is put together on a 1993 game.
In the second session with George, we looked at people’s unreal fundamentals 2 tasks, see whos up to date and see how people completed the task and what peoples been doing in their extra time.
